Weather Modification – Energy Weapons – Bearden 1985
1:02:03 – 1 year ago

This presentation was likely at McDonnell Douglas Aircraft, as Bearden refers to Jack Houck, who used to work for them. If what Bearden says is true, then how has the technology advanced since 1985?

Can we imagine that any of this technology may relate to the Hutchison Effect and what was used on 9/11 to destroy the WTC? (You draw your own conclusions….)

Since then, the technology has been developed into more rigorous longitudinal EM wave interferometry, which is the exact nature of those earlier weather engineering weapons. The foundations of scalar electro-magnetics are also well explained in this presentation.

Tom explains exactly what was meant when Secretary of Defense William Cohen cryptically warned: “Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves… So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations…It’s real, and that’s the reason why we have to intensify our counterterrorism efforts.”

Lt. Col. Thomas E. Bearden, Ph.D. (retd.) is one of the world’s top researchers in the field of scalar systems. I have long been a fan and hold great respect for his accomplishments. Last time I checked he was working with over-unity research, the so-called “free energy” wherein the energy that is in the space around us is harnessed and put to use. Those devices, however revolutionary and life changing they’d be, are a tad boring, really and just don’t have the panache that relativistic scalar weaponry and weather control systems do! Our imaginations sometimes require a greater level of stimuli, you see. Anyway…

In the video a lot of info on the efforts of the Russians is presented along with some intriguing results from Bearden’s own laboratory… it is both exciting and a tad scary at the same time. The fact that testing shows that our minds can do this stuff as well as modified radar antennas can goes a long way, as is stated, towards explaining all of the various fields of parapsychology… and I can’t help but remember that Scanners movie! Yikes!

Apparently, according to Bearden, the testing, installation and alignment of scalar weather modification systems by the “hammer and sickle” boys was the cause of most of the reports of mystery booms throughout the states and in other parts of the world from the early 60s through the early 80s.

I have no problem at all with such a conjecture… but… having said that… many, many of these mystery booms have a very long history; my own state’s famous Moodus Noises, for example. Most folk, including myself for a good while believe they’ve been named after the town of Moodus, Connecticut, where they seem to emanate from. I found that’s not really so, though… because, in reality, the booms were named long before the Pilgrims arrived… by the local Native folks. The word Moodus… means “strange noises!”

Later on, the amazing exploration team of Lewis and Clark duly recorded the “unaccountable artillery of the Rocky Mountains.” Hmmm. There are so many more, too…

So, there is something very, very Fortean about such fantastically powerful acoustic conundrums. After all, there just weren’t no Commies in the latter part of the 1600s!

Natural phenomena, perhaps? Sure, very possibly. The Earth can generate some pretty wild stuff and does so on a regular basis, so indeed many booms may be just that.

The following video in three parts, [although it’s clear there should be at least a part 4 somewhere about], details what is arguably the most exotic mystery boom ever… the Bell Island Boom. I fully believe that Mother Nature has it in her to create such a happening… what Dr. Bearden proposes in the vid above fits in quite well, too, as you’ll see.

From the video posting (#1):

MysteryBooms — June 29, 2009 — Was it ball lightning or a test of a top secret electromagnetic weapon? What caused the explosive phenomenon on Bell Island, Newfoundland in 1978 that electrocuted livestock, melted power lines, and produced floating orbs of fire? Enough energy was released that day to set off the American nuclear test watch satellites, and weapons researchers from the Los Alamos National Laboratory soon showed up at the site. CBC Reporter, Rick Seaward, was at the scene in 78. He investigates the mysterious phenomenon and the shadowy events that followed in this broadcast from the following year.

Although I’ve lived along the East Coast of America all my life, I regret that I’ve never ever heard one of these notorious and massive booms, unless much smaller booms count… a couple or three weeks or so ago there was a mighty hefty one here in Cos Cob I thought, but that sounded like a substantial, well-defined crack, perhaps of a large transformer (or mortar shell) detonation down in the town a mile or so away… but… it wasn’t nearly the scale of  any of the ones discussed in books on Fortean happenings or in newspapers and certainly not the Bell Island incident!

So what are they? Who knows?! Mix up some Nature, throw in some Bearden, a few Commies, a couple UFOs battling above us… who knows?

Enjoy… I think it’s fascinating.
