That is the title of this video, just in from David Icke in today’s email. In this video he tells the story of what is happening, behind the scenes, right now in our world and lays out the implications of the results of same regarding ourselves and future generations.

No matter what you may think of Mr. Icke, in this subject area he has gotten it bloody well right, so I suggest, strongly, that we all take heed.

  1. Sleazy Snake says:

That was very interesting. Kind of scary, as I don’t think the whole of the people will ever wake up in time to make a difference. That’s what the manipulators are counting on as well. I already have fallen into their trap. Even though I recognize it as a trap.

    • iggymak says:

He’s sharp, that’s for sure. It certainly is scary… but note that history shows that a legion of just 20% of the population is more than enough… and with the internet and groups like Anonymous, we just may well prevail, Sleazy! NO! We WILL prevail! Never give up!

  2. Icke is certainly right on the score of the strategy used: create the problem and then provide the solution(that the instigator wants). Albert Pike isn’t the only one to have predicted this war. There is an occult political aspect to this entire struggle. Rudolf Steiner, nearly a century ago, predicted that the anglo-american elite’s goal was the break-up of Russia and the total control of Eurasia. Interestingly enough this was alluded to in Z Brzezinski’s book The Grand Chessboard – control eurasia and your control the world.

  3. Hi Iggy, I forwarded your post to a friend of mine and he sent me back this reply. I found it interesting so I thought I would share.
(P.S. For those who are not familiar with Rudolf Steiner’s ideas, Terry is an anthroposophist (School of thought originated by Steiner), hence references to Ahriman.)

    Hi Anthony,
Icke may *sometimes* be right on *aspects* of what’s happening NOW but his grasp of HISTORY is often defective. For example, all the emphasis he places on the Pike-Mazzini letter about the Three World Wars is bogus, because there was no such letter or letters. A bit of web surfing will soon convince you of this. You don’t have to go to the Freemasons themselves for a debunking e.g.

Instead, see for example, this from a conspiracist rather more rigorous on this matter than Icke : http://www.conspiracyarchive.com/Articles/Pike-Mazzini_Three-World-Wars.htm

But Icke often chooses to make such dross as this alleged Pike-Mazzini letter into a key element of the presentation of his ideas, and it inevitably spoils that presentation. It’s because, like other less thoroughgoing conspiracists, he wants to trace a line from Mayer Amschel Rothschild to the Illuminati of Weishaupt to Pike/Mazzini and on to the NWO gang of today. But the very notion that Rothschild was behind the Illuminati in 1776 is risible. Rothschild did not even become successful financially until about 1795, when he was still a little-known Jew in the Frankfurt ghetto! [If you trace much of this Illuminati stuff back you’ll invariably come to 4 sources: Lady Queenborough (Edith Starr Miller Paget), Nesta Webster, the Abbe Barruel and John Robison. Three of these sources are linked to rightwing conservative forces in Britain (the 2 women had extensive contacts through their husbands and male friends with members of the British Intelligence services), while Barruel was a Jesuit, and therefore had ‘sectarian’ reasons to hate Masons and Jews.] From the time of Nesta Webster in the 1920s and 1930s the Illuminati blather was then seeded in the late 60s/early 70s into the fertile imaginations of such as Robert Anton Wilson, an arch-trickster if ever there was one. The mental ‘playboy’ Wilson spread the Illuminati thesis into popular consciousness via his Illuminatus Trilogy books in the 1970s and the thing grdaually took off. Insofar as Wilson was convinced of anything, he too was convinced of the existence an alien plan to manipulate human history and he accepted and propagated *scientistic* explanations of the human organism, i.e. the bad habit of seeking to explain human nature according to models and templates based on the technology of one’s own generation, something that is instrinsically transitory.

Trying to link *the origins* of the Illuminati and the New World Order to the Jewish Rothschild banking family does not stand up. The New World Order has resulted directly from the spread of Britain’s world domination since the 17th century and its continuation by the state that emerged out of the British Empire – the USA. Britain’s rise to world power began with its global maritime piracy, its opposition to Spain, the founding of its companies of merchant adventurers and the planting of colonies and ‘factories’ in North America and India respectively, both of which events occurred in the reign of James I (1603-25). At that time, there were no Jews in Britain; they had been expelled in 1290 and did not begin to return until the mid-1650s, during the Commonwealth, which was ruled by Old Testament-focused Puritans who fancied themselves as the new Chosen People of God. It is certainly true that the Rothschilds played a key role in the development of British power in the 19th century, from the Battle of Waterloo to the spread of the railway network to the acquisition of the Suez Canal and South African gold and diamonds, but they played no part in the rise of the British Empire in the 17th and 18th centuries. It was during that period that Britain developed the strength and capacities to defeat first royalist and then Napoleonic France. It was not Rothschild money that won the Battle of Trafalgar. The real drive behind the New World Order came from the materialistically grasping English aristocracy and rich merchant classes, who, having decided that England’s fortunes were to be made on the oceans, resolved to dominate the entire world’s oceans in order to guarantee control over all of world trade. To establish this domination, it was deemed that territorial control over certain key geographical locations would be necessary, and the British ruling class, already thinking on a grand scale, set out to achieve this. One only needs to study the history of the East India Company and the biography of leading imperialists such as William Pitt the Elder, the first Earl of Chatham.

Besides Icke’s poor grasp of history, he’s on record (several Youtube vids) as saying he gets his inspiration from channelling and as saying he isn’t even interested to know what entities he is channelling! (see his interviews with Project Camelot http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y4UyEUldOLQ&feature=related and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e7WTxb-Oe7s ) Anyone who has such an attitude that he doesn’t care about the origin of the ideas in his own consciousness (the beings that he says are actually giving him his ideas) while at the same time going on and on about the nature of consciousness can hardly be called reliable.

I also feel that Icke is himself part of the Hegelian dialectic that is understood and abused by the forces behind NWO. He says that the ultimate goal is a tyrannical world government, a dictatorship over us all, but he himself claims that there is no reality to religions, cultures, nations etc and urges us to see ourselves as one global mass called humanity. This ultimately will play right into the hands of the very forces he says he opposes and who are trying to create a uniform global mass over whom they can rule. The ‘culture’ of this global mass will be one McWorld culture, dominated by transnational corporations. Yet Icke himself – and his books, lectures and videos – is a classic example of the transatlantic Anglo-American ‘culture’ and ambience of the past 5 decades. So much about the man, his style and presentation is transatlantic. Much of the alternative conspiracy world and its products are totally informed and influenced by manipulative and subliminal Hollywood formats, editing styles, use of music etc. In other words, the alternatives don’t turnb away from the manipulative methods of the establishment; they use them themselves to influence their own supporters.

Icke talks a lot about ‘conciousness’ but like many other well-known figures in the ‘conspiracist fraternity’, he doesn’t actually take into consideration the evolution of consciousness; he prefers to see things in terms of a conspiracy against humanity by alien entities that began a long time ago and that has remained essentially unchanged, in other words, a typical ‘American’ story of a struggle for freedom against oppression (the 1776 story retold, if you will) applied to the whole world and the whole history of humanity. He does not see, for example, the obvious analogy between, on the one hand, the development of the consciousness of the individual human infant as it grows through childhood and adolescence to adulthood, and on the other hand, the development of the consciousness of the human race as we have passed through exactly analagous stages to that of the individual human being, namely, from union and harmony with the Divine All, with the natural environment, and the human social collective – but a union and harmony that was dreaming and unconsciousness – to a stage of individualised and increasingly wakefully conscious and yet alienated (because materialistic) mode of being. This alienated state will give way in the distant future to a new, highly conscious form of community, one that we can hardly imagine now, or at least are just beginning to. But we shall not get to it through nostalgic New Age nostrums about our ancient pagan past or through scientistic psychobabble about ‘wave forms’, ‘energies’ and ‘vibrations’. The desire for power and control over others comes inevitably as we sink deeper into relationship with the material plane of reality, which is intrinsically a plane of separation and fragmentation; the desire for power and control is not something brought to us by aliens with agendas from other galaxies, the need to mine minerals etc.

I daresay Icke has woken quite a few people up to aspects of ‘the conspiracy’ – and there certainly IS a conspiracy by the global elite to prepare for the incarnation of their master Ahriman, an unbelievably intelligent spiritual being hostile to sound human development (the God of the machines in the 3rd part of the Matrix trilogy may approximate somewhat to Ahriman) – but much of Icke’s message, a great deal of it, is distorted, and we need to recognise that. Otherwise, we accept his message completely and make him into a Pied Piper. Impressed by Icke’s undoubted endurance and gutsiness, many in the alternative movement have already done this, unfortunately, and have come to accept his description of human history, or versions of it, as essentially THE way it has been. In my view, neither Icke nor his opposite number, Niall Ferguson, arguably the English-speaking world’s most successful media-friendly historian and another one given to grandly deceptive accounts of history, are really telling it like it is, was or will be.
